The Republican Enterprise "Center for Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise" of the MC UDP RK on the basis of the branch of the RSE on REM "National Center of Expertise" in Akmola region organized a master class on the topic: "The relevance of laboratory research in ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. Ensuring food safety and laboratory control based on risk assessment using international hygiene and production practices.
The participants of the master class were representatives of food facilities of small and medium-sized businesses, preschool, educational institutions, as well as employees of the NCE branch, the department of sanitary and epidemiological control and the department of sanitary and epidemiological control in Kokshetau.
Saule Sharipova, director of the Center for Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise, introduced the participants to the prevention of food poisoning at food facilities, as well as at education and healthcare facilities.
In addition, she spoke about the possible risks during production and laboratory control. Application in practice of effective management tools that are used to protect the enterprise (trademark) when promoting food products on the market and protecting production processes from biological (microbiological), chemical, physical and other risks of contamination.
At the end of the meeting, the participants thanked the organizers for the opportunity to discuss issues of interest and expressed their wish for the need to conduct such master classes and trainings.
